Link a date

Ask someone out with one link.

Pick a day, a time, a place and send the link. They say yes, say no kindly, or suggest another time, and you can chat about the details. Free, no account.

Create your invitation

Not ready for a date? Start with a private chat. Press “Chat only”.

Not sure which time suits them? Offer up to four times and let them choose one.

Dates and chats are deleted automatically, 7 days after the date or the last message.

Only the two of you can open the link, if you add a password.

Also: private rooms for communities, and permanent links with a free account. See the FAQ.

Either of you can delete the date at any time.

Your link

* marks a required field.

Shown in the chat. If empty, your messages are marked "Message".

“Chat only” makes a private chat that deletes itself, with no day or time. The chat opens when the other person joins.

Date and time

Offer more than one option

Not sure which time suits them? Offer up to 4 times. They choose one when they accept. A label or place left empty is the same as above.

Letters and numbers only, 6 to 40 characters. Leave it empty and anyone with the invitation link can open the date. With a password, the person you invite needs it too.

By creating a date or a chat you agree to the terms of use.

Why Link a date

  • A date or a chat. The form above: one link for one person. Free, no account.
  • A permanent link. Your own address, such as link.date/yourname/d/d1, where anyone can ask you for a date or a chat. Free account.
  • A group. People ask to join: 5, 10 or 20 people, or no limit, with a waiting list and a group chat. Free account.
  • An event. One link for a party or meetup. Guests answer Yes, Maybe or No and say how many are coming. Free account.
  • A room. A board where a community posts invitations and others ask to join. Free account.
  • A page of your links. Your own page at link.date/yourname with your web links and social profiles, like a link-in-bio page. Free account.

One account keeps all of these in one Dashboard, with a page of your own at link.date/yourname.
